Ezzard---I have a copy of the English McCallum-Jackson version. I'll try to track it down and I'll send it to you!

barry is ethical/appropriate to post it to youtube? I never know what the restrictions are on that....both legal and of course the techy stuff.

Barry that's really kind of you.

Maybe there's a way of downloading or something like Youtube.

Let me know what is best for you.

Much appreciated.

I have never tried to download anything on you tube, or upload for that matter...is it pretty easy? Nor do I know if there is any restrictions. If nothing else I may be able to put it in a file to e-mail though I imagine that it would be a rather large file!

Bazza, I'll step you through it at $200 an hour.

In your case, I reckon you'd need about $2000 of tutoring though...

Do any of our Latin American posters know where we could get some boxing footage that I bet is buried in the archives somewhere south of the border? I know when I was younger, the Tijuana TV channel would show replays of all the big fights with Mexican fighters for example. I once came across a guy that worked at the TV station in Tijuana and he told me that those fight films are in Mexico City. They used to have a show on Sunday from Tijuana that would showcase one of the big fights of Mexican fighters. I remember watching replays of fighters like Napoles,Olivares, and Sanchez before they became champions.

Ask Broncano and Enrique.

I just sent your post to a guy I know who specializes in writing books and encyclopedias about (non boxing) Mexican movies.

He has a lot of connections in his field--and I am hoping he might have something to offer here.

Thanks,If something comes up with this we could really be in for a treat. Like finding another symphony by Beethoven!
