Would be great to see them fight but Ricky is getting far too much stick IMO.
The Zoo and PBF fights were great fights, I had no problem in RH taking either of them over Witter, but hes had 22 fights since he beat Thaxton in which hes had plenty of opportunities to fight Witter. Hatton-Witter hasn't happened by design, rather than by chance.
Hatton does seem to have changed his tune though if this MEN article is accurate, so I live in hope that we'll get to see the fight next (around September time)

Torres and Malignaggi are both coming off GIFT wins in their last fights. Malignaggi lost to Ndjodo and Torres was way behind on points against Holt when he got a gift stoppage. Neither are bad fighters but they are a level below Witter and Hatton as is everyone else at 140. Hatton should beat either fairly comfortably Torres is largely unskilled with a big punch and Ricky will stay out of the way of that. Malignaggi is feather fisted and should be walked through.

I'd probably buy a Mayweather fight simply because I like watching Mayweather do what he does and would buy a Mayweather fight regardless. I would not buy it because of Ricky or because I expected it to be a close contest

I ain't paying PPV for a Hatton fight again unless It's Witter, he Is not an elite and worthy fighter to shell out for.
I didn't pay for Castillo because it was a bullshit challenge. I only paid for Urango because they threw Witter on as well and paid for Floyd because he was fighting a fresh superior boxer.
I'll pay to watch Witter beat him though too.
He better get some skill back If he's going to stay on the average world level even.

Hook, reason why no1 gives "stick" to Witter is because he is challenging Hatoon....
Not only that, Hatton seems to be clearly avoiding him... and has done so for quite some time...
Hatton will probably win, but atleast Witter is open about it and offering him
