Lewis and Holyfield used boxing skills and smarts to beat opponents, Tyson, in the 90s, just came forward with raw power, no tactics. Can you give me a Tyson fight from 1995-2005 that shows that he could win a tough, gruelling fight like Tua/Ibeabuchi?
Do you think Ibeabuchi would just cave in like Golota? Or take all of Tuas best whacks yet then come apart from 1 Tyson shot like Botha?
On the other hand, if you're on about 'Mythical Match Ups' type stuff from different eras and prime Tyson 'of the 80s' v Ike then yes i agree totally Tyson would beat him pretty handily, as he would most.

Exactly, LL would of kept him at long range the same way he did Tua and Botha and Rahman in the 2nd fight. Then again Mercer was able to move in on Lennox and ruffle his feathers so who knows? Of course Mercer did it all behind a jab. Ah f#ck it.
