I would never ever want to be the size of someone like Ronnie Coleman. I don't give a shit how much hard training one puts in at the gym, there's no way on earth that you can reach the size of what Coleman is without the aid of steroids.

It's just impossible to get that big by lifting weigths, eating right, etc. No doubt steroids has been used. The guy is almost too big to walk! He moves very slow. I fear for him when the day comes when the training is reduced dramatically!

He's already retired from doing any Mr Olympia's although he still body builds so maybe he has reduced his training.

I'm no expert by any means, but whilst taking small courses for a short amount of time may leave your system without a trace, taking course after course for years can have massive effects on your body.

Lots of my mates when we were younger were on the juice, for 5/6 years, and two of them have had massive problems with their livers + kidneys. I guess some of it might be that they took too much, too quickly and didn't take courses properly, ie not leaving long enough between courses, and overdosing just to get bigger.... but they've both been told that if they didn't pack it in straight away, they won't have long left :o
