I am guessing that... Sports Network view programmes as a time consuming and often costly exercise.
As such, they have handed responsibility for them over to a 3rd party. THey have probably done so on a deal where the 3rd party covers all costs, but receives all proceeds.
Unfortunately it seems the 3rd party knows nothing about the sport and have put it in a slack effort. But sure Sports Network should have proof read it?
