Warren surely needs someone to pass Joe's titles on to. Froch would've been ideal. Face it, the man fought to stage a Carl Froch fight. Why, if not to win him over? Was it due to interest in Adamo, no way. He was as interested in the African as he was in M'Baye during the Hatton feud, IMO.

Both Gomez and Boxingchat have said that Froch and Warren have had talks in the past about a move, but Froch has turned him down
