Im all about contemporary boxing. Since like 1999, Im up-to-date with everything. I watch all the fights! Some of my favourite fights, in no order:

You should try watch fights from before 1999. Do you get ESPN Classic? Sometimes they show some great old fights. (Some of them aren't great and some of them aren't that old. However, sometimes you can find a gem.) Occasionally you can find a great older fight on Youtube. Of course you can also order fights from companies.

You are missing out on a lot of great old fights. Of course not all old fights were great, but there many that were. Most of the ones that you mentioned from 1999-present wouldn't be considered a great fight in comparison to the great fights in history.
