As much as the media and general public dislikes, thats being kind, lets be blunt and use the right terminology, hates Mundine. The guy has brought a lot of attention to the sport of boxing, in all honest its highly unlikely to see any other current boxer generating such interest here... do we believe Soliman can generate such interest?...

Love him or hate him (which is most) the guy has shown to be quite clever in milking the sport for all is worth ($$$$$) as well as it may be hard to admit, there is some talent that can not be denied by anybody who understands the sport...

As for Mundine dropping to middle weight, the guy will have a lot on his plate... will put money on Pavlik 6ft 2 in with a 75' reach (to knock him out) that lanky fellow has some strength, this was reinforced after watching him dispose Edison Miranda, knocking out Taylor and putting locket away...

i think pavlik mundine wouldn't be unlike kessler mundine...watch the man go into a defensive shell and not do shit...giving pav a shutout UD...a KO would just be a bonus

I reckon Kessler is a better boxer than Pav'. Pav' has the power advantage. I dislike the man, but I reckon he has a better chance against Pav' than Kessler. Having said that I tend to support anyone the man is fighting against. :-? Sad but true.

Kessler won the title back in a 12 round KO over Dimitri Sortisan in Denmark yesterday. Sortisan was taken to hospital after the fight.

Reports on the fight said it could have been stopped sooner. Sortisan was previously unbeaten in 22 fights.
