you can clearly see the guy in the cream suit and black shirt leaning over the table to reach for the bell, as the camera pans to the right he goes out of view but a split second later the bell rings.... not an official sounding bell either, definately a "sneaky quick ding of the bell and then run off back to your seat" type bell
