Just remembered a fellow I know through boxing gave me a framed glove, signed by Troy & Guy Waters and Kali as well as a photo of the three together. It was to be raffled at Australia Vs Thailand Show in Cairns we did but run out of time that night with 15 ametur fghts and 13 Tha fights.
Was going to give it back to Andy, but will ask him if I can raffle it on my 8th of Nov show in Cairns whihc will be ametaur and pro boxing. Would be good if Kali can win a world title before then ...good luck and all the best with that.

The problem will be that Kali probably can't KO Valuev and probably won't get a decision to go his way...

i don't see any reason why kali couldn't ko valuev. i think it's a question of how much does he want to win and is he going to take the initiative and take the title from valuev instead of just expecting it to happen for him.

i think he needs to show from the start that he is here take the title from him and it may unsettle valuev.

but is meehan actually assured of fighting for the title or is valuev going to fight chagaev next?

he may have taken a few shots in that round but lets be honest he was up against a guy with a poor ko strikerate for a heavyweight so i don't know that it is an accurate guide. but credit where it is due too. valuev has only lost 1 of 50 fights so it is never going to be easy.

thta fighter was the usefull taras bidenko who was having his 4th pro fight....

its a bit deceptive because bidenko is a soft puncher

the best footage of valuev being rocked to his boots is when big boobed gerald nobles connected.

i still dont see Kali making a dent...he'll go the same way of seldon...bango....levin...he'll get frustrated and kind of give up around the 6th or 7th

That does not make sense. Meehan has taken most of his overseas fights at short notice and won most of them. He beat Williamson, who had been sparring with Klitschko, after taking the fight at nine days notice and with no sparring before the fight.
