As you know, it's a terrific little Huston movie Chesh - as much for the observations about the downtrodden sleazy subculture that existed in parts of America than the actual boxing content. Art Aragon who recently passed away also appears in it. I haven't seen it for quite a few years so might have to get a copy.

Great movie, Stick. I don't think it's available as a commercial DVD, but I have it on VHS somewhere and will transfer to DVD when I locate it. It won't be in the next few days, but I'll PM you when I've done it.

Never had the notion of taping it off terrestrial t.v. when it would sporadically appear but it seems to be a little lost gem which is surprising given the status of its director
