A few times a day? That often yeah?

Cycling is a good idea, would 15 mins cycling be as good as running? Probably want to be doing half an hour? Might go for a good long cycle tis weekend...

I know ten or fifteen minutes running is fornicate all but the way I'm looking at it is if I get a good sweat up it can't do any harm, I was bloated as hell by beer and bad diet so that is going down a bit thank God, was having a terrible impact on my sex life (or lack thereof)!!

I'm not having a go at Coco, but his advice is terrible

Lemon juice eats fat for you, not drinking lots of water and weighing yourself many times a day are all classic fallacies that even Womens Own wouldnt print

1) Lemon Juice doesnt eat fat
2) You need lots of water to metabolize fat
3) Your weight fluctuates massively during the day, weighing yourself many times is counter productive "OMG ive gained a pound in 2 hours!!!" Just weigh yourself 1st thing in the morning

Your trying to lose fat, not dry out for a weigh in at 2pm on Saturday

I agree with that. And don't be disheartened if the weight isn't falling off immediately. You might be losing fat but building muscle. I've read that losing 1-2 lbs per week is healthy.

You need to monitor your weight regularly do have a decent idea of where you are, fair enough don't pay to much attention to the odd fluctuation, but it will give you a good idea of the bigger picture.
You need to have scales in the house.
You need to see what actions have different effects on your weight
