The sentencing in that case was bullshit, and that's a lot different than killing a little kid.

There are a few guys not yet elected who are more deserving. However, if he was elected, he would be better than several guys thare already in. He only had 4 losses-3 close decisions, and the loss to Toney in which he was way ahead at the time of the stoppage. He has several nice wins.
He was an excellent boxer with decent power.
It's doubtful that he would get elected because he wasn't as exciting to most people as some lesser fighters who will probably get in before him. Hard to say how much of a factor his brushes with the law will hurt his chances of being elected.
