Michael Sprott is one who is definitely rumoured to have at the very least knocked Greenburg down in sparring and with regards to the source of this particular rumour, I personally had a conversation with his promoter.

so now now don't get all defensive, it is a FACT Greenburg at the very least has been knocked down more than once in sparring.

If you think the above is incorrect I will state the same to you what is your source.

In addition if you want to get things out in the open, Greenburg is more than happy to take top dollar for what I regard shit opponents at this stage of his career, it is him (Greenburg) not his promoter Robert Waterman or his trainer Jim Evans taking the piss.

I will give you a factual example, I was once in a nightclub in Monte Carlo the night before a fight which Greenburg was fighting, it doesn't take brains to work out who I said "what the fornicate are you doing here".

Greenburg in my opinion is not definitely not showing the same respect, the time, effort and the money people investing in him, it is time he showed the promise that those closest to him are desperate for him to show but instead he needs another warm up opponent or he has another injury or he has family problems, there is always an excuse.

According to an Israeli boxing fan who once emailed me when I used to run my old heavyweight site, Greenberg suffered a bad and literal knockout in the amateurs on Israeli TV. I don't know who it was against.

Whatever is happening to Roman Greenburg, I have no interest, his career is moving according to the geological clock.

He has also looked fantastic in sparring against those same guys, it should be added and of course, Lennox Lewis was knocked down by Jeremy Williams and it didn't mean shit, but with all this gives idea as to why Roman's career continues at a snailpace doesn't it?

I heard Jeremy Williams (a Judo black belt) through Lennox in sparing when they were in the clinch I think it was on that documentary about him prepairing for the Hollyfiled fight.

I've watched Jeremy Williams wrestling Lewis down on YouTube. I've never heard anything about Jeremy Williams knocking Lewis down with a punch before, and I very much doubt that's happened.

I've heard from a boxer that was there that Sprott has had him in trouble a few times in sparring and put him down. Also Colin said that he was taking the piss out of Holden by show boating so he lamped him and put him on his arse.

in fairness around 2002 or whenver Audley was at the beeb ,roman was also featured...and looked a bit too solid for audleys camp .

roman went to the Us..came back ..stopped simkin and pritzyuk comfortably ...stopped kalikauskas who is very durable (despite roman being dropped in the second) and then his career just nose dived ..going back to the Us fighting the likes of gethin. gutcher, mgee and some upright ironing board called sacko

roman is now just another chapman

Greenburg is scheduled to face Cedric Boswell in August according to secondsout.com
