i think that Quarry would win against all 3 of them.Quarry/Bugner would be kind of dull though.
Bugner would stay in protective survival defensive mode and lose a relatively close decision.
Quarry would tko Cooper between rounds 8-10.Quarry/Ingo would be thrilling for awhile but i think Quarry would find the mark
and outbox em similiar to the way he outboxed Ron Lyle.I dont see Ingo outboxing Quarry,certainly not ko'ing or tko'ing em.
If anyone gets clocked cold in this one,it's definately gonna be Ingo.

Quarry/Coetzee would make a very good bout.This one would be extremely close.I think it would go to the cards and with that,It could go either way,depending on what the judges liked.

Quarry/Bonevena would be another thrilling battle.I think Quarry would have the style to outpoint Oscar.Styles make fights would apply in this one even though Oscar did alot better against Ali than Quarry did.

Quarry/Cooney would be Very thrilling but i think that a prime Cooney is one of the most underrated boxers/Sluggers of alltime.
I think that prime Cooney(80-82) wins by 8th rd tko but 84 Cooney loses by decision and 87-88 Cooney loses by 7th round tko similiar to the way he lost to Spinks.

Quarry/Morrison would be Awesome.I think that Quarry would win a Decision and even deck Morrison in two different rounds,kinda like Ross Purrity did but doesnt put Tommy away because the knockdowns would come later in the round.

Quarry/Cobb anyone?...That one could be pretty furious as well.Cobb certainly isnt getting clocked cold or even decked for that matter.I think Quarry would pound away for 7 rounds and then Cobb would rally from there but Quarry would hold onto the lead and win 7-4-1 in 12 and 8-6-1 if it's a 15 rd'er.

out and eating a lot of painful shots.

Golota with his mass and good shape makes this a hard fight for
Quarry. I think Golota does take it, but not after a hard fight.

When did Golota ever beat a top fighter? Ever?

Don't bring up the Bowe fights b/c Golota essentially QUIT in those fights when he couldn't put his man away and he resorted to excessive fouling.

I actually think Quarry in his prime who was a fast started and excellent very fast counter-puncher could take out Golota in the 1st like he did to Shavers.

Golota actually had a good sound defense if he wasnt having a panic attack.(ala-vs.lewis&tyson).
Golota basically froze in those fights.Yes,he would've lost anyway to either but if he was in the right mindset he could've put up a decent fight with either one for a good 5 or 6 rounds.Yes,Golota resorted to fouling Bowe after he started getting tired against Riddick(not being able to put him away and the obvious imposing physical credentials and size of Bowe being key factors to Golota's fatigue,frustration,and desperation.)
Yes,Golota was Dead Wrong for the fouling and rightfully dq'd.He obviously was rapidly fading and would've likely been ko'd or at least stopped before the final bell.Still though,he was in with a 250 lb total package wrecking machine,and he DID put up quite a fight until he physically wore out.Against Quarry though,he'd have a MUCH MUCH smaller man in front of him.As Good as Quarry was for his size,i believe that Golota would be able to effectively use his size for leverage and would not be afraid of Quarry like he was with Lewis&Tyson.
I think that he would use his defensive skills.Yes,he did have them.He would use his HUGE size advantage and like i said,it would certainly serve as definite leverage in his favor.Quarry would win the early rounds no doubt.Mostly on sheer workrate, but Golota would rally somewhere in the mid rounds and then both would be quite fatigued by then and from that point on,it could go either way but most likely,it goes to the cards.Quarry lands more but Golota lands more power shots.Decision goes to whoever the judges like better stylewise.
Also.The 77-79 Shavers was Alot better than the 1973 version of Shavers.Shavers wasnt primetime yet when he fought Quarry.Plus,he obviously underestimated Jerry and his early rounds explosiveness abilities.

I always thought that Shavers developed nicely in the mid 1970s up until
1980ish...when he still had good power. It seemed he had the reverse
'Samson effect' the more hair he lost the greater his power became...
