Yeah mate i agree. I just cant beleive he wanted to fight a 44 year old Jeff Fenech.. but then i thought about it, he has fought an old Lester Ellis, so why not Fenech, then Michael and then maybe Ali, then he can say hes beaten the greats.. hes a joke :x

If Mundine takes Manfredo apart later this year.

Other big name fighters in the US will take notice.

I do think Mundine will rematch Kessler also. But i do think it will be in a couple of years. This may have been the logic all along.

Look at it this way:

Mundine stops Manfredo
Mundine UD's Winky

Kessler beats Bute
Kessler beats Froch

Mundine vs Kessler 2 (Will be massive and theres no other way of putting it).

Mundine conditions himself well. And should be able to last at his peak for the next 3-4 years. I doubt he is on the decline. I really do.

He was taken advantage of by channel 9, on those sep 11 interviews. (why get a boxer to comment? And a boxer who can barely string sentences together?)

Mundines belief is that US foreign policy brought it upon themselves. Which is supported by 85% of people. Its like saying that Japans actions in bombing pearl harbour, led the US to declaring war on them or something like that (Generalization).

He was taken way out of context.

And the US would love to have him fight there. Hopefully its very soon.

P.S he didn't justify the killings of innocent civilians.

On my personal beliefs. I watched a doco on ABC last night about the jumpers. That was a terrible day. Sep 11 changed the world. And it must have been horrific for those inside.

I can't believe you can't see what Mundine's saying. The "act of terrorism" was the 9/11 attacks. And he said that "America's brought it upon themselves" - which means he thought that America DESERVED to be attacked, thereby justifying the 9/11 attacks. He supported the fact that the attacks were ok even deserved, simply because of what America had "done in the history of time". Of course American's are going to be outraged and basically blacklist him for that, everyone knows how patriotic the USA is as a whole, right or wrong.

If that's how Mundine feels, then every race and/or religion should wipe each other out in one foul swoop because every race and religion in the world has commited atrocities against another over "the history of time". Including Muslims.
