I just listed him as the third-greatest fighter of all time, IMHO. I think that's saying he was pretty great.
If you look at the records, arguing that he was greater than Robinson or Duran, who won world titles at several weight classes, is pretty hard to do.
But there are cases for a lot of people. Some people would rate Leonard above Hagler, which is certainly reasonable. I probably rate Pryor (brilliant in a short career) and Galaxy (dominant as a champion for eight years) higher than most do. And some people put Lopez near the top, and others lower than I would.
