Did anybody else feel like a mug last weekend?? I told all my friends who are limited boxing fans that Khan would destroy Prescott as I believed Franky boy would not be anywhere near as stupid to put Khan in with somebody dangerous enough beat him. I explained to my friends that the Prescott high percentage knockout was a smoke screen for the justification of PPV and that the high majority of those on the losing side of him were basically, bums.

Yes I wish I bet on Prescott of course..... but I didnt!!

I hate to say it, but the next one like that could well be....David Haye. As long as he's facing a semi decent / durable HW, the odds will be good and the chances DH could be sparked by an unfancied HW are pretty good I'd say.

I disagree, I think Haye is more likely to get up if he's dropped and he has the talent, skill and awesome power to turn fights around. If Haye lets his hands go he will land on anyone and most of those lumps will either not be able to take the heat or think twice before trying to go for the kill.

Exactly, Haye has eaten canvas against Mock - a super middle, heavies can hit him harder than Mormeck, Mock and the gang. He also looks quite ropey when fights start to go past midway.

Hes a better fighter than Khan and way more accomplished, but stepping into the heavies... I think Wlad K would spark him personally, with his hands low he'll walk into one of those big shots early.

If someone like Maskaev doesn't collapse in rd 1, i can see the bulked up Haye gasping for air, riddled with doubt and coming apart sharpish, exactly like he did v Thompson (wish i'd bet on Thompson, that was a rare result i actually predicted).
