Remeber in the 70s when Frank signed all the lads from Liverpool. Then Based them in London uprooting them, Only Ray Gilbody did anything of note. Between them lot there was a lot of talent that did nothing.

When did actually 'start' ?
Even in defeat against John Prescott...he still ain't fought a someone.
After watching Juan Manuel Marquez spark out Joel Casamayor... there really is zero comparison between the World Champions and good old Amir.
Even in defeat, he gets ten times more coverage than the average fighter (to go with his ten times the wages).

*Yawns* OK, Khan got KO'd by a very dangerous operator, who smacked him straight on the chin
Now and criticism or advice offered by anyone and everyone is gospel, he needs to change trainers, change promoters, get rid of his family, convert to Zaroastrianism, anything that makes a BIG statement

Khan needs to adapt his style into one that's going to result in him getting hit less, he's got to make himself more boring in the ring and fight to his strengths (speed, power, reach, size, fitness) and minimise the risk of him getting his weakness (chin) exposed.
Amir needs to go more Derrick Gainer than Marvin Hagler if he's going to achieve his goals IMO, Khan should move into Herol Bomber Grahams basement for 6 months and try and learn the art of not getting hit.

The thing Khan can`t go back to the tomato cans he faced previously .. so the so-so opponents now will have a bit more ambition cos they know they only have to land the one punch to get him going or gone.
And within the next 12mths he`ll prob have 5-6fights .. and who`d bet against him getting all jelly legged again?
One more ko loss and he`s finished .. so DG is prob correct .. cos within the next 12mths I see him getting tagged again.

Your prob correct about the fights .. this is probably what they would like him to have as in previous years but will he make 5-6??

But if Prescott turns out to be a club-fighter with a decent punch or a world beater it makes little difference really to the fact Khan has no chin .. he brushed Khan aside brutally and effortlessly.

With the money Khan has already made I don`t see him hanging about to get ko`d everytime he steps up .. Bruno hung about because the division was getting poorer talent wise and the heavyweights generate massive amounts .. and Bruno was loved as a lovable loser .. Khan is seen as an arrogant tool.
As for Haye .. my Hayemaker t-shirt has pride and place in the wardrobe .. he is the most exciting genuine fighter britain has.
