Nasa used this machine for there last trip to the Moon. Ive been offered 60millions pounds for the copywright but i turned it down cus its worth far more, that was about 5 years ago though. it also improves your running time by a minute

If you still have it I will give you £50.00 for it.

I'm guessing that was sarcasm, I read the first paragraph of that Wilkipedia page and it may as well have been wrote in arabic and I've got an A-level Physics (what feels like an eternity ago)
Its like lots of things, mumbo jumbo, given a name and then they claim its some sort of science. The clever bit is marketing this rubbish and making loads of money from idiots who believe they can benefit from it.

Waylon it is a science, By understanding how to improve action you have a better way of improving that motion you are trying to perfect. Its just not Boxing in any Sport If its not understood, its a load of Bollocks. I had a conversation this week with a Promoter, who remembers the stuff we use to do and How people sniggered. But as He says every C**nts doing it now. :D

I shall have to accept what you say. I thought it was just something else, simple and straightforward, yet deliberately complicated to make it look like a genuine science. Theres been a lot of that going on over the past few years. By the way c*nts only has one star LOL Waylon

Out of interest Waylon, usually most bad movement and injurys happen through one root cause The eyes. your dominant one its that reason which makes your dominant side active while the other stableizes the action and gives Balance. Overtime injurys occure through bad practice and Form. Talking about Sports People, How many times have you heard He use too do that or this but doesnt seem to now, Bad Body management thats why. :D
