Batman Is less vigilante than those two and helps the law and gives criminals to the law to pass judgement not thinking that he has the right who decides what happens to them.

The Punisher Is corrupted by revenge.

Plus Batman educates on the evils of guns.

It would so awesome to see chavs and asbo evil worrying that there being watched but can't see who and looking over their shoulders In fear of a craper crusader. Bale Batman I mean though, not the previous campy ones.
