It would be wrong for this to happen. If the catchweight was made at cruiser (I think Haye would make it for the money) then Haye would come in at around 215lbs come fight-night. Calzaghe's natural walking-around weight is around cruiser but his speed and stamina would be gone if he were to fight up at that weight. The most natural weight Joe could come in at without being too heavy is around 185lbs (if he trained right and took the necessary time to bulk up 'right') but he would still then be giving nearly three stone away. He would get knocked out and knocked out early/cold - even with that shit-hot chin of his.

I would rather see Maccarinelli/Calzaghe at 185lbs.
