I understand the point of view of those saying that boxing for Mike is the lesser of two evils, but the reality is that he isnt gong to be able to carry on boxing forever, and surely with that in mind it would be advisable for him to get out while he is still in good health and and able to find something else to do with his life... the tragedy of many fighters is that they carry on till they have accumulated so much damage that by the time they do finally quite they nolonger have the health with which to lead a normal happy life and are left simply struggling with health problems brought on by fighting too long... look at Bobby Chacon, Wilfred Benitez, Meldrick Taylor, to name just a few high profile fighters who have paid a high price for their careers...
