I like him - he throws a lot of shots and mixes them up well. That guy was dangerous for only Tyson's second opponent.

i think they should push for john macdermott as his next opponent, if tyson takes care of macdermott, and i think he will, then tyson is on the verge of a british title heavyweight fight in only his 4th pro fight, then mick can dip his toes in the water against some commenwealth fellas for the commonwealth belt, tyson could be brit and commonwealth champ by early next year, then go hunting against some germans etc to reach european title level. its not an impossible goal, just a question of manipulating his career against the correct opponent.

Too early, way too early in fact. Even though Zeller had a decent record, he was still a bum. I wouldn't put Tyson near McDermott anytime just yet - maybe at the end of the year when he has another four or five wins under his equator-sized belt.

I agree they should get him more run-outs than just TV dates, maybe get him involved in a Steve Wood show perhaps and use it to get some 6x3's under his belt and get match fit. Plus as Bomber1 says, get him running those roads for stamina

Zeller was trundling forwards like a slightly pissed off bull. Fury has lots of ability, but unless he can improve his stamina he isn't going anywhere near the proper belts. He wouldn't currently beat any top heavyweight who has good counter-punching skills. Let's see what age brings.

Chris Byrd would've made him look like Godzilla on a dance floor last night. They should try to find a nifty mover for him next time, and not before allowing for quality roadwork. I'd agree that he is very much of the Maccarinelli mould.

Undoubted prospect. I was really impressed last night at the range of shots he threw and at the whip he seemed to get on them. Two issues are going to affect him - the first is that he has turned pro very young for a heavyweight and may struggle to get the right kind of fights to allow him to develop as his body matures without getting ahead of himself (or falling behind). The second is that - and I've suffered this myself enough times to know - he is going to have serious knee problems if he tries to do much roadwork...and boy does he need to improve his cardio!

Give the boy a chance! He's only 20 with 34 amateur bouts and 2 pro fights.

No need to rush him. He still has some bad habits that need to be ironed out. Having said that, he looks very good at this stage - Lennox, Bruno looked big and awkward at that stage of their career.

'Luke' has time to develop. I do think he maybe should've stayed amateur until 2012 Olympics, but he's ibviously raring to go in the pros.

Tyson is still a baby in heavyweight boxing terms -he's obviously a good prospect but let him get some more rounds under his belt before there is talk of championships. After about twelve fights he should be ready for someone like McDermott. No need to rush him before he is fully developed. He might even still be growing ffs!

Once KO'd by Audley in 4, and lost his last fight to a 47 year old Ray Mercer. He had a year break before the Mercer fight. Still carries a 30-3 record.

Either him or George Arias I think if they want to keep the pace they're going.

I'm not saying he cannot be a champion, but he will never be the man who can turn around the heavyweight devision. He doesn't have that x factor with his power, and he never will have. Looked all forced.

Like the Klitchsko are good, but will never be considered greats even if Wlad had a good chin - just lacks that bingo.

But the guy has clear stamina deficienceies and until he sOrts that out it is a risk to put him in with anybody durable lest his stamina gets found wanting. Therefore don't epect to see him againt stopped '3 times in 45' fights type of opponents too soon, even if dude had lost 30 of those fights

As a reult of this I expect him - for the time being at least- to fight statistically good looking fights against much shorter men who have had previously shone an affection for the canvas. In that respect I think the Dutch Sony LIston would be a good opponent

Get him in with someone durable whos doesn't pose much threat of winning. Yes his stamina needs to be addressed, and completing a six-rounder would be the best way to do it. It's not too early for a learning experience like that. Think along the lines of Audley Harrison v Derek McCafferty. Audley looked crap in the late stages of that fight but it served him well to go the full 6x3 in his second bout, then he completed it more comfortably against a much better opponent in his fifth contest.

I love that after two pro fights people are stating all the faults he has which will prevent him being a world champion. The very fact that people are mentioning a pro with two fights and world championship in the same sentence is pretty good going.

He will develop over the next year or two and I for one hope MH continues his fairly aggressive matchmaking to really push him on. Lets make a comment on his world title aspirations once he has a few fights under his belt and is moving to British title level.

People are mentioning World titles because Hennessey is. Heaping quite lofty praise on a fighter at such an early stage is always going to bring out people who can't see it.

I think it's way too early to judge either way, but what we've seen so far looks good. McDermott for a 3rd fight through is needless. Why the rush? Someone like Swaby who has already been mentioned
