imo price needs to duck and dive do watever he needs to do but please dont let him get in with fury imo hell get smacked everywere good and propper of him and darren sutherland and his career will be over before its started, dont get me wrong hes a good amateur but as the nation seen in the olympics(glass chin) think hes gonna really struggle with the bigger punchers in the pro game but still hope he does well for his family.

We did mention it at the presser mate.
Although everything was kinda overshadowed by the Small and Rhodes show!
However, if you look at the opening post on this topic, you will i'm sure see the name of George Groves there somewhere!!

If you win the title do you still intend to defend against Paul David as you previously stated on here ?

Just go on youtube and search for Ryan Rhodes.
The presser video is there - piss funny, Small coming across as a dickhead and Rhodes was very witty and made him look even worse.
Small for me is scared

I know I've mentioned this before, but it will be interested to see if people are willing and able to shell out £75 for British Domestic Level boxing. Unless there is a 2 for 1 coming up again, I just can't see many of those seats selling.
To be clear- I'm not being nasty. I'm not looking for an argument, I'm giving my feedback as a fan who is thinking of going. I like the look of this promotion and hope they do well. However, I just think they have misjudged what people can afford to pay at the moment.

.
It doesn't look 'competitively' priced when compared to the NIA Olympians bill.

Sorry mate, you've lost me.
You mean the show with only 7 fights, only a few weeks off, and 4 of those fights with that famous opponent, TBA.
Add to that that the cheapest seat is £30 (Hayemaker is £28) and ringside is £150 (Hayemaker is £125).
Then there's the buy 4 pay for 3 offer with Hayemaker.
Where do you reach the conclusion it's not competively priced in comparison ?

Anyone who goes to a SN show gets what they deserve, imo.

Cheers fellas.
Whicker - as you've been so vocal about Hayemaker not looking after the common man with their pricing, care to comment on SN's pricing strategy for the NIA bill ?

Pricing for the NIA event is £30 upper tier, £30 and £50 for the lower tier , £100 for the flat floor and £150 ringside.
So, generally speaking it is a little cheaper than the Hayemaker event. I'm NOT saying it will be a better event of course!
I'd say the £30 lower tier seats are decent enough value, the flat floor never is. Hayemaker's £28 seats are probably better than the NIA £30 seats in the upper tier.
twenty six wrote:Whicker - as you've been so vocal about Hayemaker not looking after the common man
It is nothing to do with looking after the common man, its just economics. People are not going to buy things that they cannot afford.
