That's totally untrue. The three organisations mentioned has Hopkins up by one round so to say they "can't believe anyone had Joe winning" is one of your usual lies, observer1. They were also the only press ringside who had Hopkins in front.

It might depend on the court result with Warren. I don't think there is any way it would be in America, though.
