Good thing MacKillop wasn't just there for a pay check.

St Clair needs to hang them up if he really lost every round

it was all downhill after the Kickett fight. His time is up at the elite level. Should a fighter like that continue as a good journeyman?

Not unless he has to, he deserves better than that.

Lenny won every round in the fight, Totally dominated.

Gairy needs to move back down to 130 pounds and forget about fighting guys at 140. The size and strength diffrence was huge.

did Zappa catch him at any stage? If he did, did the shot rock Gairy?

He staggered him a few times, Gairy is hard to tag clean but Lenny didnt let up on him. Body and head attack.

I was impressed with Dib, Really aggressive fight from him. Brown fought bravly though and didnt give an inch. I really think Brown should have stayed omn the outside and used his huge reach advantage. Coming forward and closing the distance made it easier for Dib.

Lenny totally and unbelievably dominated the entire 12 rounds, superman needs to hang them up.
What about some of the angles Zappas punches were landing.

Egberime challenged Zappa, would be good to see.

Solo forgot to throw power shots for much of the fight, still looks like he cant do the distance well, however when he did land power shots he had wilson jumping around the ring, totally disappointing performance.

Fight of the night, Dib vs Browne, good non showboating performance from Dib. Browne can take a lot away from the loss. SD wtf, Dib won very comfortably IMO.

Geale just too good.

although a very disappointing performance, i dont think solo can be completely written off.
this was probably the 1st time he fought someone who was physically bigger than him, and the experience and southpaw stance of wilson gave him alot of problems, there was times during the fight where solo was turning southpaw which appeared to be unintentional, just out of confusion and thats why hes power shots werent flowing.

1 slight positive is that he come home strongish, he also seemed to adapt ,he went at him through a few different angles and began to double up the jab and through the last few rounds he was looking much more comfortable in the ring

but hes definitely no world beater

i dont know if st clairs plan was to let zappa punch himself out but he did not throw a serious punch until round 3 and in serious i mean a jab
it was not until the 5th that he threw his first right
st clairs first combination was at the end of 8th
not suggesting it was but someone said do you think st clair was paid to not fight back
zappa may not have allowed st calir to get off or maybe he was afraid of being caught and lose his claim to have never being dropped
zappa is truely world class and proved that he could go distance as in previous fight did tire a little
although zappa doesnt have any big scalps with his punching technique, style and stamina he needs to be incorporated into aus p4p top 10
his combinations and angles were magnificent and his power and speed was top notch the whole 12 rounds
in one combination he threw double left jab double left rip double left hook it was great to watch pity bout st clairs inactiveness
