Well obviously nothing about boxing, but both were huge disappointments.
Napa was terrible. That was a hand-picked opponent for him who wasn't even the best in France at the weight and it wasn't even close. He looked like he hadn't trained, his timing was so off.

I wonder if Napa is fighting at the wrong weight still, he really is a little guy, I know it's harder to lose the weight as you get older but he is a natural light-fly

That looks a good call. The other guy looked enormous next to him. Even Frank Maloney looks big next to Napa

He was terrible. Long armed opponents have always troubled him like Culshaw and the guy last night. I think Maludrottu might have been similar but can't remember.

It`s not all about power, but very few get right to the top without it.

I had Bouziane 116-112 which looks good for Napa to be fair. It was a very poor performance from Dappa, the Frenchman was just a little bit better and Napa had no plan B.

I dont think Bouziane is anything special but he's a decent enough operator and outboxed the champ for 12 rounds, and did so taking a breather in some rounds, which isnt great for Napa because it showed how poor he was.

yeah hes a great boxer though. imean its a shame the points did not go his way . never mind can alway win onther title .

He aint as good as a fighter as Munyai imo, Munyai is bigger and an all round better fighter, he can Box fight body shots etc..

I agree with that Martin, you can box tall better than Napa, which might be the key to beating Bouzziane - certainly Napa's style didn't work.

I was so gutted for Napa. He is a good friend and I stayed with him till after his piss test which was about 1.00am. He will come back stronger though as he has been down this road before

Styles make fights and this proved the wrong fight for Napa. Size and reach had a lot to do with it but the Frenchmans switch hitting and long jab won him the fight. Napa just couldnt get inside and get his punches off. Lovely fighter, Ian Napa, but the wrong opponent this time. Ian will bounce back, he has the determination to do so. World title!!! not so sure tho.

If the World Title was to happen it would have to be at Fly Weight but i think although Napa is Small i cant see him making it again, it must be 6-7 years ago when he did last....

it was hardly the kindof performance to get you out of your seat, but i thought theFrench lad fought a punch-and-movement-perfect, amateur-style fight, for 12 rounds. was impressed if not excited.

i totally agree Bouziane ain't no Munyai or anything near it, basically the other night he was a jab, straight right, andsouthpaw right hook when he switched.

i think you'd do a better job getting inside on him and roughing him up than Napa did, and i don't think the french laddie likes it up him on the inside going on the limited evidence of Frid when Napa did get inside and work.
