It's funny how you say HBO are wrong yet don't say why or what the correct weights were.

Edit: if this is what you're referring to then you're crazy.
On this youtube video he can clearly be heard saying that he has put on 14lbs since the weigh in so he weighs 154

As I said, if you believe Hatton over weighing scales you're crazy.

So where and when do HBO weigh him?

Very hard 1 to call, I used to pick Pacman with much confidence, but Ricky will be bigger and be able to push Pacquaio back, he will even have greater reach and height, when has Ricky ever had better reach and height? Ricky is also the better in fighter, maybe more adaptable. Pacquaio has better speed, much more compact shots, better stamina, faster feet and more athletic. Who has the better defense? Both can be open and straight up but Pac keeps his guard higher usually. Also if its close after 8rounds I see Pacquaio pulling away

I'm leaning towards Pac but allot depends on who will be the general and make the other fighter fight their fight, ie inside or outside, either way it should be a corker

I think it's in the dressing room before the fight, but I'm not sure.

a) The TV station conduct a weigh in prior to the fight.
b) The boxer says he weighs X amount.

I would definitely rather believe the TV station. If I had a pound for every time a boxer lied about his weight...

the problem in this fight for me is that pac has great stamina, great punch output, is faster, a southpaw and takes a good punch. he basically has everything that hatton struggles with.

hatton's in deep shit as far as i'm concerned.

Pac does not take a good punch.

Floored by Nedal Hussein (a jab), Serikzhan Yeshmagambetov
Hurt by Gabriel Mira, Oscar Larios, JMM
Knocked out by Rusitco Torrencampo, Medgoen Singsurat

Why do you think he has a good chin?

Pacquiao's chin and body were weakened by his extreme weight draining. He's looked more and more solid as he has gone up in weight.

14 lbs is absolutely massive draining. That's the kind of draining that Paul Williams and Edison Miranda do.
14lbs does suggest quite substantial draining, but as for Paul Williams, I would say he's only in that category when he's fought at 147lbs, rather than at 154lbs or 160lbs. Williams & his team insist Paul can still make 147lbs if a fight comes about at Welter? I do not see Williams as the type to lie, but you never know, especially in Boxing!

Does Ricky still follow the diet Kerry Kayes had him on when they worked together? Wonder if he still uses CNP products?

I only have figures for Paul Williams at welterweight. In the first Quintana fight he rehydrated to 164 lbs (over 17 lbs from the weigh in)! :o

The first round will be war.

Round 2 and 3, will be a more settled affair with Pacman's speed and southpaw stance giving Hatton some problems.

4,5 and 6 Hatton starts to get past Pacman and landed heavy blows on the Philippino and he starts to slow down.

7,8 and 9 Hatton has nose in front.

10 and 11 Hatton breaking down Pacquiao, then RSF round 11.

Weight-draining or not, that clip of him being downed by a jab is very worrying. Plus, I believe he's susceptible to the body, and that just happens to be Hatton's forte. If Hatton can stay in the fight then I believe Hatton will KO Pacquaio. Hatton KO10.

Freddie Roach is predicting a KO 3 for Pacquiao. He was pretty much spot on about the DLH fight.

pacman clear favourite!

I'm not a hatton fan at all, but I'm amazed the bookies make pacman
a clear favourite - have I missed something?

Hatton wins by stoppage for me.

Whats the odds but i think Pacquiao's speed will cause Hatton to many problems and he will lose by a late KO Hatton isnt elosive enough to slip his jab

I am a hatton fan. And I make Pacman a slight favourite. I honestly don't think the size difference is going to be too much of an issue.

I do give Hatton a chance though. I dont think Pacman should be a huge favourite.

I thought Kostya would beat hatton and I knew Mayweather would, but for this, I feel that Hatton will win comfortably... The odds are approx 15-8 on a Hatton win.

De la hoya as beat by the weight. Marquez beat pacman twice imo.

Excuses....

Against Urangho.. A cold

Against Collazo....The Weight

Against PBF.......The Weight.

What will Hattons excuse be should he lose to Pacman?

I think he would say Manny is the best fighter in the world and I only want to fight the best..

Manny is nt the best fighter in the world.

Ricky Hatton was interviewed after his 8th round stoppage defeat at the hands of manny pacquio, the hitman had the following to say..

"its my second defeat, but both defeats have been at the hands of the current p4p number 1 fighters, not bad for a working class lad from hattersley eh, i thought i was doing well early on, but full credit to manny, my training went ok, i had a virus 3 weeks before the fight which could have had a say with my fatigue, im not finished, id like a rematch with either manny or PBF, i dont feel im out of my depth at this level.."

i would like to add, that manny is a top fighter, one of the worlds best, but not at this weight, personally, i think Randall Bailey would stop hatton.

Pacquiao wins by knockout and then fights Mayweather or Marquez again.
