Yeh it;s a big shame in the biggest fight of his career. I agree with the other guy on this thread about allegedly, whatever you say about him he'd be promoting Froch miles better and has got the inside contacts to push things through for his fighters that other promoters don't seem able to.

If he wins, Froch needs to say f you to america for a while

Build up his name in the UK/Europe. Afterall, if you take out Taylor there isnt much left at the weight for him to have to go to America

Normlly it would be @ finch, but normally we are not in the situation whereby a fighter has done things the right way, taken an age to get there and is still not a household name outside of his local area

He has the mouth, the power, the bragadocio attitude, he likes to throw punches, defends wtth his face and has a clear and genuine link to a biggish city's number 1 football club. What else do you need?

My thinking was, well, if he can't get TV in his home country for a world title defense, it's hardly likely going to improve dramatically, so once he's made a statement in the U.S where they'll know his name etc, why not build on that market ?
