Selby and Smith would be a good fight again now. I'm not 100% convinced on Selby, he has the tools and the in-ring smarts but I think he might not like it in the trenches. He does coast at times and the ref bought his clever tactic there.

Britain's got an awful reputation for boxing officiating at the moment.

It's a national embarrassment.

Worse than Groves' stoppage.
Wouldn't go that far but was premature

Munroe was hardly hurt but not throwing back.
Groves was hurt and not throwing.

Aye right Horse, it's all part of Boxing, he's a smart boxer to take advantage of that situation in his favour. Biting someone or throwing a Golota punch is cheating.

Joe wasn't impressed though and I don't think he likes Selby from his comments!

Groves was throwing like a second before Foster stepped in. Watch it again if you don't believe me.

And?

What does that have to do with my comment about whether he was punching back?

That's how I feel. Been watching boxing since The Thrilla in Manila and I'm close to being done.

When you get a bad decision and a bad stoppage on the same bill. :witzend:
Its tiring mate, been addicted to boxing since a kid in the late 70's - we had proper fights then - tonite was uninspiring, found myself checkin my friggin twitter and facebook, and i knew, as soon as i saw ijl was the ref, we would have some form of incompetance ruin the night. Done with all this sky bollocks as well, sick of seeing four fight novices lauded as gods and talking about themselves in the third person, sick of the likes of hearn talking shite thinking us fans are stupid, sick of things like the kell brook situation - does he want it or he he happy having eliminator after eliminator? Step up, and this goes to a lot of our so called promising fighters, step up and shut it if you dont wanna, i will respect you so much if you take the chance and lose instead of being shat scared and fighting a nicuraguan knicker salesman!this year is vital for me, am thinkin of cuttin the sky sports amd the boxing news subscription and just saying bye to it all. Even the so called p4p best hand picks his opponents and is about as exciting as a documentary about the making of elastic bands - apologies for the rant lads but ive jad enough :)

they both were bad stoppages.
But this was worse as Munroe was hurt less.
