If Wilder come through against Pov they should go after him ASAP before someone else takes his WBC strap, easy fight for AJ and he'll have the Americans swooning over him too.

So Wilder can beat Povetkin, but will have no chance against the unproven Joshua?

It is what it is , A manufactured champion , lucky gifted olympic medal , easy fights throughout his whole profesional carreer , , promoter willing to spend big to manipulate ratings and buy him a world title ,, all designed to impress the British public , sell ppv and market 2-3 big EVENTS a year and recoup the money spent whilst making humongous profits .

Joshua will not fight a big name till 2018 at least , and it will only be if he's ordered to or lose his belt , improved enough hat they think he'll win , or slipped enough that they think its time for another signing to take over .

Heres a scenario for you ,,, Peter Fury approaches Hearns and says listen Eddie we believe Britain should have ONE SUPER CHAMP , so if we beat vlad in the rematch , hows about , we fight Joshua to unify ,, and the killer deal Eddie is we give you , full and exclusive rights has Tysons promoter for the rest of his carreer , lets make it happen Eddie we have enough money we want to go down in history

All of a sudden Eddies greedy little eyes would be rolling going ching ching ching counting the dollars , and Joshua would be forced to fight a proper fight , other than that they will milk it

I'm not sure you could of made a more delusional post if you tried.

The legitimacy of Joshua's gold medal is still open to debate, but to question his pro career so far is ridiculous. Whether it's manufactured or not is irrelevant. He is 16 fights in his pro career and further on than everyone at the same stage of their career, and barring the Whyte fight has not had a strand out of place. It is absolutely textbook. I would love to know what you'd have done differently if you was Joshua's manager. Put him in with Fury after 6 fights?

Also to suggest that Joshua will not fight anyone until 2018 is quite frankly stupid. Have you been sitting in a dark room with your fingers in your ears for the last 12 months? There is nowhere for Joshua to hide. When you blow out the world champ out in 2 rounds (irrelevant of how poor a world champion he was), you are propelled to bigger fights quicker. If he would have squeaked to a points decision his team would have thought he needed a lot more work, but he didn't. He'll have a few weak defences this year, and likely fight Haye early 2017 (but I'd rather he fought Fury). If Fury beats Klitchko (big if), then he's tied up in the WBA tournament until probably mid-2017. I think Joshua can, and probably will, fight both Haye and Fury before 2018.

And regarding your 'scenario', well it doesn't even warrant a response it's that moronic.

Yes.

Cunningham and Chisora could well have beaten him.
Come on horse. You may sleep in your own faeces but you're not stupid.

Actually, I have no idea about that. Maybe you are stupid. I can't decide.
Chisora really could, much better stamina than Whyte, and Joshua hasn't faced anyone half as skilled as Cunningham, though Joshua could probably beat him the same way Fury did by bullying him about, of course his stamina isn't as good as Fury's, so would still be a decent test. But anyway, what happened to not obsessing over records? Fury hadn't fought at Wlad's level but he had shown every attribute he needed to win, Joshua hasn't shown the footwork, stamina, or mental resilience to take on Fury. Hence why he needs tested, especially against good evasive opponents.

His size and power means Wilder really wouldn't be a easy opponent for anyone I don't think.

I'm not really sold on AJ just yet but he seems better than Wilder in all aspects except power and I'd say they are about equal on that.

i am absolutely certain that if you saw Wilder in a ring opposite Joshua, you would be able to sense how intimidated he was by AJ.

It's double standards from Horse. It was fine for him to pick Fury against Wlad with very little to back it up records-wise but now he's moaning about Joshua having not faced anyone to deserve the hype he's getting (as if the level of hype is dictated in any way by a specific level of opposition).

Seriously, Fury had shown 'every attribute he needed' to beat Wlad? Funny, because I seem to remember at the time nobody picked him because everyone saw him as the lumbering goon he is. I would have felt fine to pick Fury against Wlad if I thought he had the talent, while not the record, to win the fight. I didn't pick him because he hadn't shown much capability in my opinion. In the event, they both sucked.

I maintain that Whyte would handle anyone on Fury's resume pre Wlad, let alone what Joshua would do to those clowns. Of course, Horse would say 'But Whyte is so untested!'

Footwork, stamina, mental resilience. All shown, tests all passed. All non-factors in a fight with Fury, who would be overwhelmed by power and volume, his defence nonexistant against someone who actually punches.

Fury's record was much better before the Wlad fight than Joshua's currently is.

Fury was ranked No. 2 or No. 3 in the division before the Wlad fight. He was the No. 1 opponent for Wlad to fight as Wlad had already beaten Povetkin.

Joshua hasn't even proven that he deserves a top 10 spot yet. He also hasn't proven that he has good stamina and his chin looks like it might be a bit weak.

Fury was proven, Joshua is not.

Number 2 or 3 in the division based on beating Christian Hammer, a shot Chisora, and cruiserweight non-puncher Cunningham who still decked him. As I remember Fury had to rely on shoving the guy's face to the side with his left forearm to knock him out with a right hook. Impressive. Number 2 In The Division Material by all accounts. So worthy. Such a record.

I wonder what Joshua needs to do to be 'ready' in your eyes. Evidently beating Joey Abell, Hammer, and a shot Chisora would be enough for you  The hilarious thing is all he would need to have a better resume than Fury did pre-Wlad is to beat some bum who is 'ranked' like Teper, and you would still say 'Waaah Waaah 17 fights!'

Power and volume cannot compensate for not being able to land, when have you ever seen a fight where someone can't it their opponent, but they hit them so much and so hard they win, while not getting into range, and being unable to hit them? And are you seriously saying someone that was barely hit, in three fights, with 30 rounds, against two contenders and a super champion, has no defence? And all three of them he still managed to badly hurt.

The idea of Joshua not being able to land vs Fury is hilarious. And yes, I am saying that. Beating a guy who stared at him for 12 rounds without punching doth not a defensive fighter make.

Whereas your guy beat a part timer, a Kingpin so shot he could barely even hold up his guard, an out of shape kickboxer with a shoulder injury, and a clubfighter whose only half decent win was against a small heavyweight, who quit early on with a knee injury, and who got gifted against Cunningham.
