He's the slightly bigger man I'd say. He has a bigger frame. Golovkin's got an inch or two in height on him though.

Yes he definitely needs to be more vocal and abrasive in demanding the fight. No need to be nice when you want to fight a guy. Call him everything in the book until he steps in the ring.

It was such a surprise that even Tanzio wet his man diaper.
Yeah, pudendum, I was shocked, given I predicted GingerHead by ktfo in the 7th.

Canelo was ahead on 2 of the 3 cards at time of stoppage. And was going to roll to an easy decision had the fight lasted.

Because the judges were bought and paid for. Khan had won 4 rounds out of 5.

Of course he was. We all knew that going in. The KO finish was inevitable.

It is amazing how big they can be if you are getting paid enough. This fight was actually much less risky than fighting Brook. A loss to Canelo doesn't hurt him at all, other than validate the fact that his chin is weak. A KO loss to Brook would have ended his career.

I love all the BS about "he was doing so well, he was ahead at the time of the KO". No shiit? How many fights has anyone seen when Khan was not winning the fight the first 3 or 4 rounds? I would say pretty much all except Prescott. He would probably be ahead of Floyd too through round 4, then lose 8-4 unless he got KO'd. I have said it before, he is about a 4 round fighter, then things start going downhill for him. Khan loves the lights, especially when viewed from his back. Probably has one fight left - Garcia, then retire after the KO.

Canelo was ahead on the scorecards?! LOLOL that's embarrassing. I'm guessing vision problems or chemical imbalance.

Not surprising Canelo was ahead. If he fights GGG, if he isn't KO'd, he wins.

I had it 3-2 to Khan but Canelo was winning the sixth anyway so it would've been tied but for the knockout. I had Khan winning the first three rounds then Canelo the forth and fifth by which time most of what Khan was throwing was missing.

One hell of a punch that stopped Khan. That same punch landed on any opponent and it would have been curtains. Great sportsmanship on the part of Canelo too to kneel at Khan's side and see how he was. No doubt Canelo knew how well it had landed and as a result knew Khan was potentially going to be in trouble.

Canelo looked way stronger though Khan stayed in the fight and was boxing ok but on the back foot, the feeling that Amir would get caught was always present.
Canelo will come out of it looking good.

Weak chin fighters get exponentially more fragile with each KO loss, especially the devastating ones.
See Roy Jones Jr as example (only comparing current Roy's chin to Khan's)

This is Khan for the rest of his career. He will fight good until he gets caught.
He'll either get stopped or he'll be all discombobulated like he gets, and a good fighter will beat him from there.

Any real top fighter from 140 -147 beat Khan. He has to take the Garcia fight next.
Danny Garcia will KO him again.
Then I guess he still has the Brook fight. 20,000 people went to see Haye/Harrison

Both fighter's should be praised for their showing Canelos KO will be shown for year's and Khan showed what Heart he has by fighting the Much harder puncher and bigger and stronger man and he 's got nothing to be ashamed of in my book. :TU:
