I think they will try and draw Groves into a firefight early, he can't help but pile in.

for a guy with such over and over mentioned gas issues its funny how groves so often ends fights still quite busy very late on. it was the same vs jack, gutnechket, rebrasse, and murray. he threw like close to 1000 punches in some of these fights too and especially vs murray really thrashed him in the 12th.

i like eubank to come through in a toughie but always thought groves stamina problems have been greatly overstated. imo he just is one of those guys with unattractive body language even when hes still actually keeping up decently. i dont see how his stamina can rate any worse than average, and thats at worst.

yep, more than stamina is that i notice he gets gun ho and is prone to being hit during exchanges, which can be seen even not against top level opposition.

also a bit funny so many ppl are super high on jack now (the guy who apparently everyone thinks is underrated, which i find funny), but seem to forget he barely beat groves. that was a super close fight with jack struggling to keep up in many rounds. jack deserved it but it was super competitive.

if eubank does him better than jack did that will be impressive. i think he can too. i think chin is a bigger weakness for groves than stamina btw. i think eubank though not a massive hitter can still regularly catch him and hurt him, if george exchanges and i think that will be huge if he does. should give him confidence (omg i didnt say 'self-belief'!) and make the punches keep coming.

Jack-Groves was a top level fight, two guys skilfully beating the crap out of each other for 12, and Groves boxed well that night. That was a fight where both men gained a bit of credibility IMO, both showing they were good enough that a close decision either way is no disgrace at all to the loser. Jack has more than proved his world level credentials with just the fights against Groves and Degale. They alone proved his quality tonne.

Personally I think his floppy body language was actually a give away he was about to go against Froch, but I take your wider point and the Jack fight is just one good example of him sustaining an excellent work rate.

First fight I've been looking forward to for ages.

This is the first fight probably since Quigg v Frampton I am so excited to see. I re-watched the first Froch fight, and the first round still gives me goose pimples.

I think Groves will start fast, try and lead with the jab. I think this fight all comes down to Groves' jab, if it's effective and can keep Jnr from a distance, I can't see anything over than an UD win for Groves. If Groves can pick up the close rounds without emptying the tank too much, he will win. He can't plant his feet and go toe-to-toe with Jnr.

Jnr needs smart and tidy close-up work, Groves' KO'd Cox with a body shot, and I reckon this is Jnr's best option too. There's still question marks around Groves' engine, if he can implement a good body shot combo every now and then, he will look good for a late KO.

Many predict this won't go the distance, but I like Groves to win on points @ 5/1 or the fight to go the distance @ 5/4

I think Groves wins as well, I don't think it will be easy, but comfortable. I do expect Groves to be stunned a few times as well.

He'll box clever behind the jab and Jnr lunges he'll walk onto a lot.
Put £200 on the win and returns £522. Also put £5 on rounds 6 and 9 so if he gets him out in them rounds im quids in
