They have different approaches in the ring, so that really makes no difference whatsoever.

They both look to knock out their opponent.

At the end of the initial exchange when W hurt B, B landed a punch that had W's legs wobbling but then B stood back and did nothing. He didn't seize the moment and follow up. The same thing happened in the Molina fight. Molina had W in trouble and then just stood back, but that one looked suspicious as tho he didn't want to beat Wilder. I don't think last night was suspicious but Brezeale had a brief window of opportunity and he let it slip by.

It appears to be one of those "the video is unavailable in your country" type deals.

Didn’t Charlie Z go the distance with Wilder or even get the win according to Charlie. :OhYes: :KO:

Imagine a "highlights" video of a 2-minute fight where 11 punches landed. "We've edited the fight down to just the 13 seconds that you really need to see."

Even though he's batshit insane, Charlie deserves some credit for actually trying to exchange punches with Wilder

So Wilder only landed 9 punches in 2 minutes, yet post-fight in the dressing room, Breazeale looked like he went 20 rounds with a meat grinder. Prodigious power.

Did anyone ask Breazeale to compare Joshua's power to Wilder's?

Breazeale now says that the referee stopped the fight too quickly and that his legs were steady.

But that's common when fighters get KTFO. They don't remember what the hell was really going on out there.

I heard that last night. He was wrecked. That sort of comment in the aftermath of such a devastating KO is pure silliness.

I don't think he was trying to save face with the old "I was fine. The ref stopped it too soon" excuse.

The ref counted 10. And Breazeale then tumbled backwards into the ropes so you know his legs weren't steady.

His brain was scrambled and he just couldn't process what occured.

100%. That's what makes the remark silly. When he said it, he should have realized that remembering hearing the count at "eight" was a bad sign for his recollection.

He clearly wasn’t steady. It was right in front of us. When it was waved off, he was falling backwards against the ropes. Had he continued, he probably would have been killed.

No doubt. We were discussing Breazeale's comment about it being stopped too soon. His brain was rattled.
