Not always, the standard advice from a solicitor t is to say ‘no comment’ to everything
You are partly correct.
Advising a suspect at the police station to give a ‘no comment’ interview doesn’t always mean that the client is guilty.
However, it is not “standard advice” for a solicitor to advise a client to give ‘no comment’ interview, that advice will be based on some rationale; whether a lack of disclosure from the police, lack of evidence or risk of the suspect implicating himself in other criminal activity for which the police do not have him under suspicion, etc.
If a suspect is advised to give a ‘no comment’ then he will be expected by his brief to answer all questions with a “no comment” response. A suspect should never answer some police questions and not others.
The risk of a ‘no comment’ police interview in the criminal justice system is that if the suspect is charged, the court can draw an adverse inference against the defendant if he then forwards a defence at trial. The general position is that a suspect not involved in an offence is reasonably expected to give his account to Police when interviewed under caution.
Cheers, yes I basically meant being advised to say no comment doesn’t mean you are guilty.

Really good article from allegedly on his own website . About this situation. I agree with everything he said.
I just read it. He said things perfectly.

Aye I've never liked him TBH, he's obsessed with race and anyone who calls themselves Master Knowledge needs prized out their own arse
Self serving folks I have little use for. Agreed.

Could he be being used to leak out this information, the same way someone leaked the DW fail? He is connected to the right people who would know if it is true, and who could be fcked off DW is being raked over the coals when Rivas is equally guilty

Agreed. The boxers safety is paramount but he could have said more about the public not being informed and continuing to blindly buying tickets (unless already sold out) or the PPV. That's also very relevant here.

Sorry mate but no... it’s clear Dillian had an adverse test as Hearn admitted he faced a hearing and the situation is ongoing. All we’ve heard from spencer is his word. May turn out to be true but why speculate

This has nothing to do with Dillian Whyte, but this from UKAD looks shady -
The United Kingdom Anti-Doping Agency has removed all British Boxers with present violations from their public sanctions list. UKAD usually have all suspensions listed on their website, but this information has now been redacted (made confidential or censored). Two fighters do remain in the section, although both of them are based outside of Great Britain. Eric Molina is one. Whether it’s a temporary measure is anyone’s guess, but the usual transparency is now bereft from evidence.

OR it's a way of deflecting the negative attention and muddying the waters ....

Rivas failing a test would explain Whyte’s ‘I won fair and square’ comment

Spencer X is saying on IFL that he's heard from a good source that Rivas has failed a test as well
I hope for his sake it's true or he's fvcked
It is complete nonsense. Spencer is trying to be relevant.
