What a cowardly heavyweight champion we have. And by 'we', I mean Britain. There is another Heavyweight Champion who takes on the best. A different calibre.
Who? Usyk has fought Del a few fights ago. He's only beaten AJ who, let's face it, isn't that good.
Anyway, I don't like the fight myself but let's not pretend the others are doing much better.

But Uysk beat the best of the best at Cruiserweight and gone up to Heavyweight and beaten Joshua twice and signed to fight Fury.
By contrast, Fury is boxing Chisora for a third time. Zzzz.

“We’ve been struggling to get an opponent but we’ve got the highest-ranked opponent which is Dereck Chisora,” Warren told IFL TV.
“That’s where we’ll be going and that’ll be on December 3. We were just trying to find someone and it’s been very difficult. What it’s all about is that Tyson will have had one fight in a year and we always expected the fight in December would have been Usyk, but Usyk wasn’t available.
“Now, I hope, that looks like some time in February. Tyson wants to fight before then and get out, we want to get him out and that’s where we’re at. I’m not going to disregard Chisora but if he comes through that then we’ve got the big one [vs Usyk]. That’s really what it’s all been about this year.”

Signed what?
My understanding is that Uysk signed a contract with Fury but Fury, instead, chose to have a warm up fight and boxed Whyte.
Sorry, I know you are a Fury fan but he appears to have ceased being the Heavyweight Champion. He clearly has no interest in taking on the best and has embarked on a sort of Mayweather exhibition/Jake Fury style tour when he takes part in non competitive events with everything loaded in his favour.
only a clown or an american would try and fault Lennox Lewis`s resume .
AJ literally called Lennox a clown....
Lennox's record can be got at for a few reasons just like anyones. He's not immune.
LL fought everyone he could despite all the politics etc and avenged both defeats as well as beating all of his peers - well the ones who would get in the ring anyway - obviously not the bell end Bowe he didnt want it .
So for me thats as good as it gets and significantly better than any of todays HW `s .
AGREED ,, can't really say any smears on LL's record , if they would get in he would fight them , if they beat him he rematched and beat them back .
Also for the record Fury called AJ what a dosser , big stiff pudding , a coward ,, Then fights Chisora for a lot less money rather than wait a couple of weeks to fight a guy coming of 2 LOSSES .
LL' a hell of a lot better than todays heavyweights
Well we can all give Usyk a pass , he just fought , said he got a slight injury , theres the war in his country ect ect ect ,, so does'nt leave many and if Fury is gonna bottle it with AJ giving demands demands and demands , and wanting to arrange a massive fight over social media ,, , does'nt want to offer it Ruiz , well all things considered , i'm happy to see Chisora get the fight ,, WHY , well no other reason than i like Chisora ,, he's funny and he will always have a go ,, But one thing i do wonder about is wil anyone actually pay to see it I know i would'nt bother gong to the local park to watch it even if it was free , . i want to see an even fight ,, i'll wait till this sunday we got a bbq on , my grandaughters two year old and my sons two year old will undoubtably have another crack at each other over who the doll belongs too ( girls ) it will probably be more entertaining
It's just an absolutely dreadful fight for someone who, proclaiming themself this that and the other, has only fought 3 decent heavyweights in the last 7 years.

Balls to it.
Its a shame is'nt it he really well could be the genuinly best heavyweight in the world and remains so for a while , but his bullshit and bollocks , he just ruined his own legacy ,, still he's got plenty of money in the bank to just look give the boxing world 2 fingers and say ,, Aaargh think i'll just pop over to spain and have a party , ,, just hope for his kids sake when he finally does stop for real , he does'nt kill himself he needs the attention and when he's not fighting that will come with buying the back slappers the beer and probably the marching powder ,,

Please Chisora just land a big one and end this charade. Utterly utterly embarrassing from Fury. Unjustifiable. This extra time taken to announce opponent why not give Matchroom extra time with contract?

So never faced his biggest rival, whoever's fault it was.
I wouldnt say Bowe was his biggest rival or threat anyway .
its the same kind of BS we have now with Fury and AJ which may never happen .

I always thought pre-Stewart Bowe would have been too much, but certainly not post-Stewart. It was Bowe’s and his managers fault it never happened. They both bottled it I think, and wanted to stick to tomato cans.

I've talked to Bowe about this online. They paid Dokes, Ferguson and Holyfield peanuts. Holyfield took 10% for the second fight.

I’ve always thought Bowe didn’t want any part of Lewis after Lewis stopped him in the final of the Olympics.
