Well, that was that, not a particularly brutal looking body shot, but obviously hit the spot, and Garcia is counted out on one knee.

My immediate reaction is that the whole fight was a disappointment, especially Garcia.

I always fancied Garcia to outbox Davis in flourishes, but lacking the consistency and durability to win.

I can see 1-3 points behind for Garcia come the end. He had the physicality to bully Tank a little at times, but after the knockdown lost the confidence to do much on the outside. He did much better when he took Tank's overhand away on the inside, though obviously the uppercut was then a big threat.

Easy to say for us, but I think he'd have done much better keeping it close and gambling. There were times I fancied Garcia could've taken advantage of Tank's backpedalling to shut the gap, but then you're rolling the dice on him setting faster than you think.

Alternatively, had Garcia not been in deficit he could've tried keeping it long behind strong jabs with lots of movement. Seemed caught between plans.

Like I say I had Garcia a point behind, but realise that's the limit of generosity. I think most would've had him 2 or 3 down.
