Good fights tonight!

Mighty mouse is incredible! What a trasition to armbar. And Tony did well. If he can make it through the 1st 2 rounds against Conor, I believe he stops him. So, it's either Conor early, or Tony late.

As long as Tony fights smart he should be able to survive early. As long as Conor is smothered he is ineffective, the important thing is being mentally strong enough to not let the moment get to you.

Watched the three main fights. Lee v Ferguson was a decent fight.

I can't seen to get into fights which are on the ground a lot like the Johnson one though I enjoyed his fight prior to this. The finish was awesom from Johnson though.

Did notice that Nate Diaz was ranked at lightweight so maybe Conor makes his first ever defence of a title against him then ? Surely if that happens they get Ferguson on the undercard.

That sh!t from Mighty Mouse last night, was MMA porn. Art. Like the Foreman uppercut to Cooney, or Berbatov toasting the West Ham defence, it's sporting greatness in a snippet.

Vannata is one of my favourite fighters, I thought he shoulda got the nod last night, but what a fight nonetheless.

I think Johnson has made a serious case for being GOAT. He's just looking unstoppable. 11 defences, has a pretty good record at BW which is incredible because the limit is around his walk around weight and he's not even a big guy at 125. IMO he's now above Aldo, GSP, Silva and Fedor.

The thing that impressed me the most about it wasn't the amazing technique but just the confidence/arrogance/balls to go for something like that in a fight. It was just incredible.

Yeah I get ya, he's capable of doing these things, but doing it in the gym and then in the octagon is two completely different things.

Hunt is just a little upset about being pulled out of his by the UFC. I love Hunt the fighter but he is fornicating stupid, you can't in an interview say that you're showing signs of brain damage and then expect that you won't be pulled off the card. UFC did the right thing IMO.

My mum had a car accident a year or so ago and has some kind of brain trauma from it still. What's it means for her is that she can't control her emotions anymore particularly anger, which over the past year or two we have all seen Hunt struggling with on social media. Maybe it's time to start seriously considering retirement.

Michael venom page makes his boxing debut tonight on Dave vs a Jonathan castano with a rec of 2-11-1

Think he's having a few fights in boxing before fighting Paul Daley in the cage next yr

This first opponent is pure jank tho, even for a first time boxing match

Daley will knock him SPARK FVCKING OUT, guaranteed.

hes not that well rounded in MMA but striking to finish the opponent is his game. Page not only hasn't faced anyone who could take him down and keep him there with wrestling, he hasn't faced any remotely top-level strikers in MMA. I see Daley either walking through some of the flashy shite Page tries, laughing it off and walking him down, or just eventually timing him and taking him out.

albeit I am not sure Page will face Daley, I imagine the thought makes him shit himself.

Looking forward to seeing how the unbeaten British scouser Darren Till looks and fares against Cowboy Cerrone. It's an intriguing matchup. If Till gets the win, he's really arrived.

He seems very confident. Cowboys schedule of fights is insane.
