Man of his word.
I mean Hearn did say most of them were out within a couple of months anyway.. so was kinda pointless. CEJ could have done his homework.
Free money for these boxers.
Reckon CEJ will clear my Uni fees for me if I asked him?

Still a nice touch and, again, he is carrying the promotion of this fight almost singlehandedly.

Career high money for the women, and for the 4 round fighters

I'd like to hear from anyone in the world who's still wanting Benn to win. Eubank has suddenly become funny and likable while Benn the drug cheat is as unlikeable as ever. Whether this is all for show or not, the fact that he has done it is admirable.

I know it’s highly unlikely to happen but I’d love to see Eubank Jr walk out to Tina Tuner for this one, regardless of whether he is anywhere near being “the best”.
Lyrically speaking Still D.R.E has no meaning whatsoever.
Might as well go the whole hog.

I hear Benn is considering this one:

Disagree, they'd all done a camp and as we know there's absolutely no guarantees in boxing of when you'll be out next .
Why didn't Hearn just do the right thing and cover it at the time , no like he's short of a few bob .
Fair play to jnr here .

Surprised that he reimbursed fellow drug cheat and a member of Benn's camp Felix Cash

Yeah got to give it to Jnr, whatever the state of play was for those boys after the first one was cancelled, Jnr said he'd get everyone paid, and he did.

Will resellers/touts get their fingers burnt on this one? You'd think so with a week to go, right?

Just had a quick look, there are loads of tickets available already well below face value on various sites (Stubhub, Viagogo...)

There was a no risk way of doing it but Turki has ruined all that. You could resell your tickets back on Ticketmaster for the price you paid. Your tickets would go quickly because they would be better than the ones still available. Because they have reduced the prices there's a good few tickets up for the original price surrounded by lower price seats.

Please may you clarify why it Turki's fault? Do you mean because people have got out of the habit of going to shows?

Because if they don't sell out he slashes prices meaning your original tickets are worth half of what you paid for them.

I thought you told me this would sell like hot cakes Mickey?
They have both been working hard on promotion...

I thought it would. I suppose it has in a way. There'll still be around 60k there. Much bigger than their dad's rematch or Bruno v McCall/Witherspoon.

Yeah, I wasn't sure, that's why I asked. To me it's a nothing fight, no belt, wrong weight class, prime fighter vs fighter on the slide for 5 years, no genuine beef, sub par undercard etc.
60K is still very decent though
