if British networks put as much in to Boxing as the US networks are doing I couldnt give a shit when it started.

Showtime have devised this great competition and this is nothing compared to marquez v mayweather, and Froch v Dirrell is going to be a better scrap.

I'm really cold and need to go to my bed and stick the heater on though :)

Come on fellas man-up, it's not that cold or late ;;-)

It is annoying that we have to accommodate the US though, even though its a Showtime idea/tourny why can't us Brits tell them to get stuffed like the Germans obviously do? When this was first announced I thought that there would be about 30mins between AA v JT and CF v AD not 4 painfully slow hours

I didn't realise Froch looked big compared to Taylor. When I saw it live I didn't notice it.

Boxing's still big in Germany and is shown on terrestrial so I imagine they pull in a lot of money from advertisers enabling them to dictate terms.
