You don't think that was pressure? Tyson was throwing out a high volume of shots and knocking Wladimir around. That is pressure. Wladimir wasn't exhausted, swollen and bloodied from simply missing an evasive Jimmy Young type all night. Fury was punishing him.Counter-puncher wrote:Riddick: 'beating wlad is all about putting pressure on'
Fighter beats wlad without applying pressure but by boxing off the back foot
Riddick: 'see, I was right all along'
Kudos mate.

30 punches a round, 25 of them jabs, is pressure? And high volume too? Come on jim, you hate wlad near-irrationally but you're better than Riddick.
Joe Frazier bought pressure. Fury bought brains and awkwardness and movement.

It may sound stupid but I don't think Wlad enjoyed Tyson's body shots, I think he was very tense and this helped to tire him out without him doing a great deal.
Re: Klitschko v Fury RBR
One thing i noticed about wlads defense was that it is geared up for fighting smaller guys, he doesnt do anything to defend against the right hand, he just lifts his shoulder. Fighters without the reach advantage or punching upwards shots glance of his shoulder, Fury on the other hand was able to land clubbing shots round the back of the head still.
