Dirty Derry retries, now The Magic Man, this is turning in to the retirement cash-out, Bellew next ?

(I don't think he'll retire - he'll keep going @ cruiser 'til he loses).

This is pushing Lee Haskins on channel 5 for longest post fight interview.

Oh yeah I don't expect him too, but it would take some rebuilding to get Haye the kind of money he likes to fight for in the future. I could see him retiring if he lost

Despite being one of the two fighters, he managed to analyse his own fight more objectively that Smith and Froch!

Oh yeah, Katie Taylor. I haven't been watching it so I don't know but I don't think she's been on yet.

Sam Eggington is developing nicely and moving forward fast, whilst Bradley Skeete is rotting away fighting chumps.

What's Warren doing?

My Mrs just offered some wonderful insight into what may be on a female boxer's mind in there. She looked up, saw Katie Taylor and said is she a boxer, I replied yes and she said completely earnestly 'I wouldn't want to get punched in the tit'.

Quite surprised Taylor hasn't had a few more fights by now. On foreign soil. Amazes me the Ireland card hasn't been played yet.

Because he's trying to break new ground. Fair play to him.

I've never been interested in woman's boxing either but anything that brings new fans to the sport can only be a good thing.

I'd be more interested if she had a good opponent. The talent pool is so small, and without a nemesis on the horizon we're left watching her battering no hopers every fight. Boring forgone conclusion.

This is a big problem when a good female boxer comes along....it often just turns into boring bum fights and uninteresting rematches.
