I only caught it from the 8th onwards but what I seen was Cacace pot shoting and missing a lot and Ward only doing slightly better but he looked busier. Obviously will have to watch the whole fight to score it properly.

I don't think it was a robbery, but it was really close. I think there should be a rematch.

He hasn't got the power to impress the neutral, but Selby must wonder how as probably one of Brits most talented boxers, he is on the undercard to Eubank

Ward won that fight.. Cacacae had the better shots but didn't throw enough 116-113 Ward was the right score.. Well done Martin J Ward terrific performance.. Cacacae should be a lightweight might give him more speed

Hope the big fights come for Lee. It will be criminal if he doesn't get a fight against the big money opponents in the next 18 months.

That was b/s decision as for me. Cacace has ring generalship and landed more clear and telling punches in 8 or 9 rounds of 12 so how they did have MJW as a winner?

It wasn't a blowout or anything, but I just don't see how Ward won that fight. If you wanted to say it was a draw...ok I guess, but I don't see how Ward's the winner.

Ward nicks a close one on workrate and home advantage - no problem with that for me.
Cacace wasted the first 5 rounds looking for a one punch KO, while Ward edged ahead.

Pretty much how I saw it. Cacace throwing singles almost exclusively and Ward though landing little of significance was busier. It was close a rematch may settle things but can't see it.

I haven't seen it happen enough to think there's even a pattern though.

I've been kind of swayed a bit by both these posts, however Cacace was the only one who seemed to land and looked comfortable

Your scoring was helpful and I was in agreement to a degree- however I can see it as home advantage scoring

It would have been a different score in Cacace's backyard

This feels like it's gonna be one of those. Guy who's way more skilled than his opponent, but can't knock him out wins every round kinda things. Like Skeete's fight last week.
