adam smith is such a brown nosing f@cking cheerleader, rewatched the molloy fight, and for all the fun and action and grit, all he can go on about is how well molloy is doing, and as soon as the decision is announced he immediately focuses on how he thinks the score was too close because molloy was just all quality apart from the kd, and keeps banging on about it. such a good, gruelling fight and effort by both guys, and that's what you go on about?
meanwhile, molloy being interviewed is absolutely knackered and does a big sigh of relief while exclaiming how extremely tough the fight was for him
shak attack boxed okay. opponent was better than the typical bulgarian and caught him here and there. not a wow performance or as impressive as his one prior, but he's got something. nice form, can punch a bit, big and tall
arlo stephens is like a penny shop joe joyce
ko of the night was the short muscle man nadim flattening his much taller estonian opponent in about 10 seconds
hughie was hughie. with less hair than before
the white jacket promoter of the event kept taking people aside after fights and whispering to them while looking pissed, not sure what that was all about

So he won the 6 rounder on points.
At least he's back in the ring.

As Hughie was always so young he could afford a slow burning career
Now not so much

Dave Allen would be a decent second outing for Fury. Fury wouldn't stop Dave and if Dave had the desire to work for 6 rounds it would be interesting. Can't see Fury wanting anything other than another import though.

He had a lot of skills very early on, plus his natural height and reach.
There was potential for maybe not a world champion, but definitely a solid contender had he developed from there.
Unfortunately he hasn't realised what entertains a HW crowd in the ring, and what develops a fan base outside of it.

do you think he could start being more stoppage-focused like Tyson became? I forgive it a bit as he's been out of the ring so long so banking some rounds was likely a goal too. I do think he is very talented still.

He has to start punching folk to move them backwards.
On Sat we would get his shots off then go into retreat, letting his opponent come onto him.
Done right, the opponent wouldn't want to come on to him for fear of walking into one
