I wouldn’t be surprised to see Brook come in at 152lbs tbh. He’s making a lot for this fight and the winner probably will get Conor Benn.
He will lose 300k from his substantial purse. He will make shit loads vs Benn.
I’m from Bolton and I love Khan (as a fighter) but I think he gets stopped earlier. Both fighters are done… I just think Khan is done more.
Anyone agree or am I talking crazy?

I don't think Brook will risk £100k, never mind £300k.

If he genuinely struggles to make 149,, then fair enough, I don't think he'll do it on purpose.

Brook will make weight. He'll stop Amir as well.

Good point but I genuinely question whether he can actually make 149lbs. When he was active he struggled to make welter. He looks chunky at the moment and the fight is in 8 weeks. If he makes 149lbs then Khan can blast him out early.

Kell is in a fantastic place with the weight at the moment I think 149 will be no trouble. The rehydration clause Khan has put in just shows how much he's never really wanted to face Brook and is looking for every advantage the can get...... it won't matter though

My prediction is that If Brook makes 149 he loses badly and no amount of extra money in his bank will compensate for his disappointment.

If it is delayed that's more time that Khan hasn't had rounds .
Surely inactivity going to be a factor here .

Khan, Brook Are Taking Weight Stipulation Very Seriously, Says BOXXER Exec

Promoter Ben Shalon of BOXXER explains that Amir Khan and Kell Brook will be fined a "six-figure" fee for every pound above the agreed-upon weight limit.

The two fights have agreed on a catch-weight of 149-pounds - two-pounds above the welterweight limit.

Their showdown, which sold out in ten minutes time, will take place on February 19.

Neither boxer has failed to make weight, but Brook has been struggling for years to make the welterweight limit and Khan has been inactive since July of 2019.

"They are both taking the weight seriously," said Shalom to Sky Sports. "There shouldn't be problems with the weight because they are so motivated. Despite the huge financial penalties, we expect both fighters to come prepared."

The loser of the fight will likely retire from the sport - which is why Khan traveled to the United States to train with Brian 'BoMac' McIntyre, who is best known for his work with WBO welterweight champion Terence Crawford.

Shalom has been receiving regular updates from both camps regarding their training and weight.

"I am hearing that Amir is in amazing shape and is training really well with Terence Crawford's team. We are going to have to see the very best of Brook. I spoke to Brook's nutritionist who can't believe the progress they are making," Shalom said.

"They say Brook hasn't been this motivated since his fight with Errol Spence Jr. This means everything to Brook. They are seeing a different side to him. We will see the best of both guys. They are taking it extremely seriously - they will train on Christmas Day!"

that’s a lot more than i’d thought it would be , i thought it would have been closer to 160

that’s a lot more than i’d thought it would be , i thought it would have been closer to 160

just read 163 1/2 lb

Amir isn't that small himself nowadays. He will bulk back up, too.
