not really sure what he's on about?
Re: Oleksandr Usyk vs. Anthony Joshua II | DAZN - August 20, 2022
Trying to say that a rematch clause that he got offered against AJ was insurance rather than an opportunity to earn tens of millions and solidify his status should he have won.
If he knew he would have won, why would he have taken it? Unless he is truly thicker than we all thought.

AJ just seems like a master at losing fans. I was praising his fighting spirit. Guy doesn't give up and always comes back stronger after defeat, but his antics post fight were simply laughable. This is why he gets made fun of.

Yeah that was really surprisingPerkin Warbeck wrote: ↑20 Aug 2022, 19:36Reasonable scorecards.
I don't understand Glenn Feldman's 115-113 for Joshua. I expected Gray to score it closer than it was, but Feldman's card was outlandish.

What a credit to the sport Usyk is. Doesn't bad-mouth opponents and always stays humble. He'd beat Fury. I have zero doubts.

Feldman gave the last round to Joshua, when I think it’s clear Usyk won.
Has he given it to Usyk, it would have been a 114-114 and final scores would have a been a MD win for Usyk.

Man, these British Boxers are so used to these post fight audio books that AJ appeared to have planned more for it than coming up with a strategy opposing the one prior that proved ineffective.
AJ won 4 rounds at most. The roadmap to victory was clearly to the body and he just didn’t have the gas to burn. It’s conditioning. Completely. I don’t care if he and his buddies dig up Cus D’mato on a drunken night, he’s never going to pull fights like this up late with no legs and relying on just heart.
AJ won 4 rounds tonight. There’s no way anyone’s card should have had him victorious. He’s done. He should wake up embarrassed for that post fight performance in which had he just been magnanimous per usual, most fans wouldn’t despise him as much as they currently do now. Sad. So dumb. Just walk to your locker dude

AJ really outdid himself tonight, won possibly three rounds…then acted the fool post fight with one of the silliest displays I’ve ever seen.
Usyk is a really great two division fighter. Congratulations to him, the fight went about how most thought it would I reckon.

couldnt dominate steve cunningham. was sloppy, gave up 3-4 rounds and couldve easily had a doctor stop him vs wallin (another southpaw). people read so much into the size difference but fury hasnt been that impressive vs shorter quick mobile guys. vs a plodder who trudges into him like whtye did he'll look good every time, but that's the opposite of usyk

I dont read into the steve cunningham fight it was 9 years ago and fury would take usyk seriouslymargaret thatcher wrote: ↑20 Aug 2022, 21:44couldnt dominate steve cunningham. was sloppy, gave up 3-4 rounds and couldve easily had a doctor stop him vs wallin (another southpaw). people read so much into the size difference but fury hasnt been that impressive vs shorter quick mobile guys. vs a plodder who trudges into him like whtye did he'll look good every time, but that's the opposite of usyk
Fury would grapple and make it ugly. Hold and hit, pull on his neck. Hed go to the body consistently too. Hed wear usyk out
Usyk should fight joyce and hrgovic those are wins.

fury was aggressive and mauling vs wallin (a poor man's usyk) and couldnt wear him out. was nailed with southpaw lefts, badly cut in multiple spots, and hurt. this is after he'd been pro 10 years and 30 fights
fury has shined vs guys with limited boxing skills, that's not usyk at all. i'd favour fury but it's no domination, people too focused on the size

The fact that Wallin is almost 6’6 played a decent role in that too.margaret thatcher wrote: ↑20 Aug 2022, 22:00 fury was aggressive and mauling vs wallin (a poor man's usyk) and couldnt wear him out. was nailed with southpaw straight lefts, badly cut in multiple spots, and hurt. this is after he'd been pro 10 years and 30 fights

I’d have Fury ever so slight a favorite against Usyk, but there’s really not much to compare either on since they’ve never fought anyone like the other.

wallin's reach is the same as usyk's
