SAG in New York have been complaining about run-away productions for some years now. Surprised you weren't asked to go to Toronto or Montreal. We hear lots of so-called "New York" background movies are being filmed there, filmed at less than half the price. As you know, its a huge industry problem.
I don't think he was there, if he was, I didn't see him.....THEHAMMER321 wrote:Did Genaro Hernandez show up last Saturday ? wonder how he is doing haven't heard any updates on him lately.
Like I have stated before I saw great fights on free T.V, like Bobby Chacon vs Bazooka Limon, Yaqui Lopez vs Saad Muhammad, how can these hucksters have the balls to sell this fight.kikibalt wrote:PPV?, you got to be feaking kidding me, I wouldn't pay a penny to see Sergio Mora fight, and after Mosley's last fight, I won't pay a penny to see him fight either, and on top of that b-s, they give us, maybe, ,Victor "The Quitter" Ortiz.....![]()

Shane Mosley will return to the ring Sept. 18 at Staples vs. Sergio Mora
June 30, 2010-latimes
Pomona's Shane Mosley didn't have much left after nearly knocking down Floyd Mayweather Jr. in their May fight, but the 38-year-old boxer has enough enthusiasm to continue his career Sept. 18 in a 154-pound pay-per-view fight at Staples Center versus fellow Southern Californian and former world champion Sergio Mora.
Mosley's promoter, Richard Schaefer, said the card will cap a four-day celebration of Mexican Independence ceremonies, including a concert, a public tribute to legendary Mexican fighters and a street fair near Staples.
After barraging Mayweather in the second round, Mosley (46-6, 39 KOs) lost the final 10 rounds on all three judges' scorecards in losing by unanimous decision on May 1. Mora (22-1-1, 6 KOs) is a former reality-television winner on the show "The Contender," and he proceeded to claim a junior-middleweight belt.
Mosley-Mora will feature an undercard including popular Mexico fighter Saul Alvarez and possibly Oxnard's junior-welterweight Victor Ortiz, Schaefer said.

Imo, Mando was not a naturally gifed fighter, you can credit his success to his work ethics and his toughens of mind and body....bennie wrote:Mando was just before my time. Can you tell me how good he was?
