Yeh I checked it out myself, they won in extra time though so am wondering if this makes the bet lose. e.g. is it like football betting where it's only 90 mins.

Alvarez is 10/11 with Sportingbet and Boylesports to win by stoppage against Hatton, can't see it being there long guys, seems a big price to me, would be around 2/5

Under 11 rounds in the Matthews-Lawton fight @ evens with skybet is well worth steaming into.

Gone small on Joey Abell against Chris Arreola tonight.
14/1 is a huge price imo, Abell is a puncher and although CA has fought, and beat, a much better class of opponent, this is the heavyweights and you just never know!

I think the 4/7 being offered on Bradley to beat Alexander is a good bet this weekend.

Manchester United to beat Southampton at 4/7 with Corals has to be value. Had 50 on that and if it comes in I'll have 50 on Bradley to beat Alexander.

fookin ell i just had 500 on man u at 2/5 with hills knew i should have looked aroiund
Jesus mate that's a heavy bet! I'm very confident they'll win and reckon 2/5 is about the right price so I was all over the 4/7.

Jesus, United made hard work of that but a win is a win! Decided against betting on the Bradley v Alexander fight and had 30 on Djokovic to beat Murray at 8/11 with Hills instead. Reckon he'll be a step too far for the Scottish moaner!

I had a few quid on tim bradley to win on points at willhill on saturday, i went in to collect my money and the bookie said my slip was coming up as a loser Which it wasnt even though it got stopped on cuts in round ten it still went to points and bradley won! I got the bookie to ring head office and explain to me why my bet was a loser! I got through to some women manager which name i can not remember. She went on to explain the winning market was not (points) win but (decision) win! Which we all know is the same as points! I was on the phone for 15 minutes trying to explain that to this women who obviously didnt know anything about boxing! In the end i got her to read out the rule book of the bet i placed and she then realised i was right and ask me to hand the phone to the shop bookie and got him to pay me out! I didnt even get a sorry from her! I hope no one else just took it on the chin and put their slip in the bin!

I was not paid for the same scenario in the Pascal - Dawson fight.
I too queried it but they pointed to their T's and C's which did state 12 rounds must be completed.
Tech decisions counted for a stoppage in the round in which the contest ended.
Well done fighting the corner.

There is an option on online betting to pick a 'Points' victory and a 'Decision/TD' victory. Similar but different outcomes for a TD win. I always put decison/TD on a betting slip if I am doing a bet like that. As far as I know it shouldn't count as a stoppage win, my uncle is a bookie so I'll ask him.
