Golovkin would be in trouble with a middleweight of Brook's talent. Disappointing ending.

I wouldn't be surprised if Canelo made him pay for that offensive style.

One thing confirmed brook would beat Khan
How was that confirmed?

Khan was doing well for the first 4 rounds in his middleweight fight as well.
Khan would have gone down in first round
I'm not a Khan hater actually a fan but Brook at light middle or even middle against anyone apart from GGG would be a force

I would've liked to have seen if that happened as the rounds went on as well.

Jeez im actually shattered but what a fight and effort from Brook, that left hook that shook him in the 1st round proved crucial as it clearly bothered himm but it didnt stop him landing good clean shots on Golovkin, but Gennady is just a beast and weathered the hairy moments and done what he does,i thought Dominic could have let Kell see the end of the round if im honest but you would have thought he would have KO'd Brook pretty soon

Kell Brook  I loved that

They were never going to let Brook take a proper beating there. It wasn't part of the gamble.

no he looked truly awful against an area level fighter .
He was getting hit at will against a naturally smaller man.

No, it wasn't what I was expecting.
He was just too busy trying to land a haymaker in the first 3 rounds. As soon as he started boxing properly it was game over.

Golovkin will beat the living sh*t out of Canelo with ease if they ever fight.

It was a genius move by the trainer. Secures him a mega money rematch. He would have got taken out in the next round or two.

If it’s his chhek that’s fractured or worse, eye-socket, then it’s a smart move. Do 7 more against Golovkin would have been the dumb thing, imo.

Golovkin wasn't that bothered about defence. He fights in accordance to his opponent. I don't think he really respected Brook's power.

Your use of the term "hit at will" is a little off. He hurt Golovkin a few times, and if he were able to hit him at will he would've dropped him.

He was blocking a lot of it on his gloves....the crowd cheering doesn't mean Brook landing.

Golovkin had certainly sharpened up and stopped winging wild hooks, but could he have sustained it? Dunno. I'm disappointed with that ending.

When did he hurt GGG? He landed, but I didn't see GGG in any trouble.

I think it was on purpose. Golovkin didn't seem too worried.

He shouldn't be getting hurt against a blown up welterweight though.
